The Arkinova Business Generator takes pride of place

On Thursday 18 May, the Arkinova Business Generator will be presented at Bordeaux Architecture School as part of the conference series “Paroles, Pratiques, Projects” [Words, Practices, Projects].

The business generator was opened on 8 December 2016, and is the business incubator of the Arkinova Technology Park dedicated to eco-construction and sustainable planning. The 2500m² building offers individual and shared office spaces over an area of around 550m², and a 340m² technical room Eventually, it will be able to accommodate around 25 young businesses and project promoters.

Etienne Manenc and Antoine Guiraud, the architects who designed this project, will present the building on Thursday 18 May at Bordeaux Architecture School as part of the public conference series “Paroles, Pratiques, Projets”.

The Arkinova Business Generator is remarkable for its advantages in terms of energy saving which have earned it HEQ and BREEAM environmental certificates. The architects’ firm of Guiraud-Manenc also won the prix de la première œuvre de l’Equerre d’argent 2016 for the design of this building.
