Call for interest for blue development

The call for interest “H2020 Neptune” covers three themes linked to blue growth in Europe and across the world. The objective is to support the projects of around a hundred European SMEs.

The Neptune Blue Growth accelerator is made up of ten clusters and two entrepreneurial support organisations (including the Aerospace Valleycluster and the ESTIA) from several European countries: Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania and Sweden.

Funded by the European Union, the Neptune Blue Growth accelerator aims to support new channels of industrial, cross-industrial and cross-border value, in order to promote the development of three key themes linked to Blue Growth in Europe and worldwide. These are:

• The management of water in urban and rural environments
• River and ocean-based transport and port logistics
• The environment and renewable marine energy sources

Project NEPTUNE aims to support around a hundred European SMEs (through business creation or reinforcing SME beneficiaries) to assist in the development of 40 innovative solution for Blue Growth. This includes subsidies of up to €60,000 for incubation and entrepreneurship, copyright protection, internationalisation, large-scale demonstration, etc.
