Conference on positive action within the company

Organised on 22 and 23 June in Anglet, the Positive Action Forum will bring together company heads, HRMs and managers on the subject of positive management. Companies and business organisations at the Izarbel Technology Park will also be taking part as partners, speakers or participants.

Almost one hundred people are expected to attend this two-day colloquium which will be held at the Espace de l’Océan in Anglet. Proposed by the AIR agency, this forum will include nine conferences and three workshops organised in small groups. Topics will include how to become and remain a positive leader, techniques for increasing profitability through positive management of co-workers and finally, the secrets of heads of companies who have obtained positive results by using new positive business models.

ESTIA Entreprendre, ESTIA’s (High School for Advanced Industrial Technologies) department responsible for supporting project promoters and young business creators, is a partner in this first Positive Action Forum. The Izarbel-based Think+ agency will be involved on the theme of eco-innovation. Brice Goguet, manager of the Voltaire group very recently based at the Izarbel Technology Park, will share his experiences on the topic of success stories.
