New synergies for Exakis

Exakis, an expert in the integration of Microsoft solutions, recently acquired EMS Conseil in order to widen its range of expertise and create new synergies.

Created in 2001 on the Izarbel Technology Park, Exakis is a digital services company which is now an entity of the Magellan Partners Group. Exakis has 350 employees divided between six agencies in Bidart, Paris, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, and Nantes.

Offering specialist advice and expertise on Microsoft, this summer, Exakis acquired EMS Conseil, a company with 25 employees based in Paris and Lyon. EMS Conseil specialises in deployment, support, and training services for Microsoft’s Office 365 solutions.

“EMS’s affiliation with Exakis, and by extension with the Magellan Partners group, aims to create new synergies” specified Didier Zeitoun, Exakis CEO in the press release announcing this acquisition.

Exakis has connected to the cloud by adapting its offers in 5 areas: digital transformation, mobile applications, hybrid infrastructure, the digital workplace and security. The acquisition of EMS will allow it to continue expanding its expertise and its consultancy capacity in these fields.
