Digital HR interviews on 27 April

Pôle Emploi [French national employment agency] and the Basque Country Digital Cluster are organising a half-day of recruitment for companies in the digital sector in the Basque Country.  These digital HR interviews will be held at the Izarbel Technology Park on the morning of 27 April.

Following an agreement signed in March 2017 between Pôle Emploi and the Basque Country Digital Cluster, a first session of digital HR interviews was held at the Izarbel Technology Park. The aim was to help companies in the digital sector with their recruitment via individual one-hour appointments for business owners seeking candidates.

Six such companies participated in this first session and met thirty candidates, pre-selected by Pôle Emploi.  The companies present could then interview up to seven candidates during this half-day and each company selected a candidate for a second interview.

A second half-day of digital HR interviews is planned for the morning of Friday 24 April at the Izarbel Technology Park.  For companies, this operation is also an opportunity to discover the recruitment aids they can implement.
