Exakis stronger with Nelite

Exakis, the digital services company set up at Izarbel in 2001 and an entity of Magellan Partners, has merged with Nelite to form a group of 500 Microsoft solution experts. 

Exakis is based at the Bidart Technology Park and has nine agencies and 400 consultants in France. The company was established in 2001 and joined the Magellan Group in 2012, forming an entity with some one thousand consultants. At the beginning of February, Magellan Partners announced its acquisition of Nelite, another digital services firm specialised in Microsoft. “Exakis and Nelite together have 500 staff and thus become the leading Microsoft pure player in France with the ambition of becoming the leading partner in Europe” said Didier Zeitoun, president and founder of the Magellan Partners Group. 150 staff are expected to be hired in 2019 by the new entity.
