Innovative projects and industrial property
Specialising in patents and trademarks, the firm Fédit-Loriot based at the Pavillon in Izarbel will lead a half-day course on the topic of industrial property and innovative projects on Thursday 22 June from 9 am to 12.30 pm.
This half-day course is organised by ESTIA Entreprendre and will be held at the Izarbel Technology Park. The course will be led by Gabrielle Radault, manager of the Fédit-Loriotfirm,who will answer the following questions:
• What is the purpose of industrial property? Why are documentary searches necessary?
• Patents, trademarks, design, and copyright: what can be protected?
• Filing a patent application in France and abroad: when, for what and how?
• Who are the industrial property actors?
