The Basque Country Digital Cluster on LinkedIn

The association that brings together companies from the Basque Country and Pays de l’Adour that specialise in the provision of added-value software and digital services is now on the professional social network LinkedIn.

The Basque Country Digital Cluster already has accounts on Facebook and Twitter and is now expanding its presence on social networks with the recent creation of a page on LinkedIn. Used by almost 500 million people around the world (LinkedIn figures), the network allows individuals to present their CV and skills, while businesses and organisations can have their own profile page on which they can publish news and updates.

The Basque Country Digital Cluster, when it was launched at the Izarbel Technology Park in February 2015, initially gathered together companies from the Basque Country that specialised in added-value software and digital services. Its reach soon extended to include the whole of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department and southern Landes, thanks in particular to a regional support mission for the development of employment and skills (ADEC) in the territory. Consequently, the organisation was renamed ‘Basque Country Digital Cluster – Pays Basque & Pays de l’Adour’.
