Digital technology at the service of legal affairs

The Juriactes app was created by Yannick Couturier, Vincent Mimoun-Prat and Nicolas Chabrier and is currently in the development phase. It proposes to draft legal documents for professionals in law and accounting.

“Our concept is to save time for professionals in law and accounting by providing them with legal documents. We also offer them a network of partners on top of our services. We are currently testing our solution with a dozen documents related to the task of approving company accounts,” explains Yannick Couturier, the team’s legal expert and a lawyer in Spain and France.

With Vincent Mimoun-Prat and Nicolas Chabrier, two computer engineers, Yannick Couturier created the Juriactes company in January, then moved to the ESTIA Entreprendre business incubator on the Izarbel Technology Park last July. The Juriactes team targets accountants and lawyers with a tool planned in particular to respond to the changes in these professions induced by the upcoming PACTE Law for Business Growth and Development which aims to simplify the daily life of enterprises, notably by doing away with the obligation for medium-sized companies to use the services of an official auditor.

In addition to generating legal documents, Juriactes will provide services such as the completion of legal formalities related to the tasks of their customers (legal announcements, registry formalities, etc.) or links with lawyers, accountants or other specialists they might need. For the time being the Juriactes app, which has been developed according to the principles of open innovation in cooperation with a partner law firm, will only be launched when its operation can guarantee complete security and regulation related to the use of confidential legal and accounting documents.
