The “Projectique 2018” days in Izarbel

The 22^nd edition of this conference is organised by ESTIA and will take place on the Izarbel Technology Park on September 27 and 28.  The main theme this year will be work.

Since 1995, the ESTIA engineering school, in collaboration with academic partners from different institutions, has been offering a conference on “projectics”. The goal is to conduct scientific reflection on this science of projects as a mode of cognition, organisation and action in and with the complexity of socio-technical environments.

The 2018 edition will pay respect to Jean-Michel Larrasquet, who recently passed away and is considered one of the founding fathers of this field.  The key word throughout the “Projectique 2018” days will be “work”, divided into different themes such as new forms of entrepreneurship and management, territorial development, and research practices for the study of complex systems.

In conjunction with this event, there will be a conference on “Smart Interfaces” on September 27 at ESTIA which will bring together the scientific and industrial communities that are interested in this study, design and implementation of Man-Man, Man-Computer, and Computer-Computer interactions to foster the emergence of a positive intelligence for the users.
