Message In A Window expands its team

The start-up from Izarbel recently created seven new posts and now employs twelve people. This online marketplace which allows advertisers to use shop window displays for advertising is continuing to grow and now has 20,000 window displays.

“We have recruited seven people over the past six months for marketing, operational roll-out and IT development tasks. There are currently 12 of us working for Message In A Window. We had to expand the team because our business is growing. We have several dozens of campaigns that are completed or underway. We have just reached the milestone of €100,000 paid to storekeepers across the country” explains the Manager of this young innovative company, Vincent Clabé-Navarre.

Installed in the business incubator led by ESTIA Entreprendre since the start of 2015, the Message In A Window start-up is a platform that allows brands to rent spaces for their marketing campaigns in shop windows across France.

Supported by BPI France, Herrikoa and Aquitaine Amorçage,French Tech winner and winner of the third “Innovation Workshop” call for projects by the Côte Basque Adour Urban Community, Message In A Window has just raised a large sum of capital amounting to €600,000.

“We now have 20,000 stores associated with our solution. Major advertising agencies have also integrated the Message In A Window offering and commission us for advertising campaigns” Vincent Clabé-Navarre adds.

The unusual feature of this platform, developed in the Izarbel Technology Park, is that it proposes a search function by city, type of store, shop reputation, attractiveness of the position or surface area of the advertising space. An advertiser can choose and then rent a certain number of window displays as temporary advertising spaces using luminous frames, product displays or stick-on posters.

The concept is an innovative one, and Message In A Window has a large growth potential with 1,600,000 shop windows in France.
