My innovation, my region & Start-up For Kids
Promoting the innovative ecosystem of the Pays Basque to citizens, and more specifically to the younger generation, was the aim of ‘My innovation, my region & Start-up for kids’ organised by French Tech Pays Basque and its partners on14 and 15 October at ESTIA, at the heart of the Izarbel incubator in Bidart.
This latest ‘My innovation, my region’ event, will see the younger generation invited to explore a world of innovation to help them imagine the best of futures through creativity workshops, discovering innovative solutions, professions and pathways in exchanges and discussions around a world that respects its environment. That’s the invitation issued by French Tech Pays Basque and its partners – including the Communauté Pays Basque - on 14 and 15 October, at the Izarbel incubator in Bidart.
On the14 October, over 400 high school students will attend, taking part in some thirty workshops, a training and careers guidance Fair, a careers guidance fresco, talks on entrepreneurship (sharing career experience), and on professions in innovative business (development, design, comms, project management, etc.).
Saturday 15 October is a day for the general public and families to find out about innovation in the region through a Fair of innovations with a positive impact.
Here too, workshops will be offered to raise awareness of innovation, design, the industry of the future, and the environmental, social and societal impacts. A fresco of innovations will be displayed. Businesses, associations and individuals will be invited to take part by contacting Neela Tibayrenc (neela frenchtech-paysbasque.com). There will also be a pitch competition for innovations with a positive impact, with € 2000 for the winners in the categories of Businesses, research laboratories and associations.

The Communauté Pays Basque and its Technopole Pays Basque are participating in the event as members of the judging panel for the pitch competition. Representatives will be present on a stand during the two days of the Fair to answer questions.
Pour cette nouvelle édition de l’événement « Mon innovation, mon territoire », la jeune génération sera invitée à explorer un monde d’innovations pour imaginer le meilleur des futurs à travers des ateliers de créativité, la découverte de solutions innovantes, métiers, parcours, au travers d’échanges et de débats autour d’un monde respectueux de son environnement. C’est l’invite faite par French Tech Pays Basque et ses partenaires - dont la Communauté Pays Basque - les 14 et 15 octobre, au sein de la pépinière Izarbel de Bidart.
Le 14, plus de 400 lycéens seront présents, afin de participer à une trentaine d’ateliers, un Salon de la formation et de l’orientation, une fresque de l’orientation, des conférences sur l’entrepreneuriat (témoignages de parcours), ou sur les métiers des entreprises innovantes (développement, design, com, gestion de projet…)
Le samedi 15 octobre : journée grand public en famille pour découvrir l’innovation du territoire à travers un salon des innovations à impact +…
Là encore, des ateliers seront proposés afin de sensibiliser sur l’innovation, le design, l’industrie du futur, l’impact environnemental social et sociétal. Une fresque des innovations sera exposée. frenchtech-paysbasque.com). A noter également la tenue d’un concours de pitchs des innovations à impact +, avec 2 000€ à la clé pour les gagnants dans les catégories Entreprises, laboratoires de recherche et associations.

La Communauté Pays Basque et sa Technopole Pays Basque participent à l’événement en leur qualité de membres du jury pour le concours de pitchs. Des agents seront présents sur un stand durant les deux jours du salon afin de répondre aux questions.
