Feedback on the GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enters into effect on 25 May. The Basque Country Digital Cluster is inviting its members to a breakfast meeting on this new regulation on Friday 4 May from 8.30am to 10.30am at the Izarbel Technology Park.

Voted in 2016, the new European data protection regulation will come into effect as from 25 May 2018 in the European Union.  This new legal framework concerns the handling and movement of personal data and requires that companies using this type of data enter into compliance.

The Basque Country Digital Cluster invites its members on Friday 4 May from 8.30am to 10.30am (incubator room, ESTIA 2 building) to breakfast and to share the experience of the company MATSIYA, which has implemented GDPR.  This feedback will be followed by discussions and proposals to continue harmonised actions in the implementation of GDPR in companies.
