Technocité hosts a conference on recruitment

The French association for executive employment (APEC) is organising a conference on the latest trends in recruitment techniques, which will take place on 21 June, from 9 am to 11 am, at the Technocité Technology Park.

Entitled “Alternative recruitment – soft skills, mad skills and atypical profiles”, the conference is being organised as part of APEC’s HR breakfast series aimed at human-resources directors and managers working in micro-businesses, SMEs, medium-sized and large companies. The programme on 21 June aims to inform them about sourcing practices that will help them reduce recruitment timeframes and attract more relevant applications. In addition, participants will be invited to exchange views on how best to identify soft skills – those cross-disciplinary and interpersonal skills that can be difficult to determine from a CV.
