Bask'Invest 2021 in virtual mode

The meeting between investors and start-ups from South Aquitaine will take place by video conference on 25 March. Registration is open up to 10 March for the pitch competition and the 18 March for the individual meetings with regional financiers and investors.

As in 2020, the 7th year of Bask’Invest will therefore be held remotely because of the health restrictions. Organised jointly by ESTIA Entreprendre, EY (Ernst &Young), the CCI de Bayonne Pays Basque and the Communauté d’Agglomération Pays Basque, this 2021 meeting will involve a pitch competition and a speed meeting by video conference.

A leader from each of the projects selected will have four minutes to present their business, their solution, their innovation, their projects under development and their need for finance. Registration for this pitch competition is open until 10 March.

The speed meeting will offer young entrepreneurs the chance to present their project to regional financiers and investors during short individual meetings. Registration is open up to 18 March.

Programme:

• 2 pm – 2.15 pm Introduction to the afternoon by the organisers and presentation of partners.
• 2.15 pm – 3 pm Pitch Competition and presentation by the jury.
• 3 pm – 3.15 pm Vote and election of the best ‘pitchers’
• 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm 10-minute individual meetings with investors
• 5.30 pm Results of pitch competition announced and virtual Awards ceremony
