Two new businesses supported by Réseau Entreprendre Adour (Adour Enterprise Network)
The association Réseau Entreprendre Adour, dedicated to supporting business creators or takeover entrepreneurs, is welcoming two Basque companies into its ‘Booster’ programme. Réseau Entreprendre Adour attends the Izarbel technology park every week to offer personalised support and an interest-free loan.
The association Réseau Entreprendre Adour offers business creators or takeover entrepreneurs two years of support from an experienced entrepreneur as well as interest-free loans. Covering the Departments of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Landes and part of Hautes-Pyrénées, the association Réseau Entreprendre Adour was launched in 2008 and is one of the 82 French members of the Enterprise Network. Under its ‘Booster’ programme offering support from experienced business leaders, an interest-free loan and access to the network, Réseau Entreprendre Adour has just welcomed two businesses to the area of Pays Basque conurbation: the Abilan Company, specialising in carpentry and joinery created in Macaye by Mathieu Membrede and Hervé Mongabure, and the Attila agency (national network specialising in the repair and maintenance of all types of roof) created in Arbonne by Jean-Bernard Curutchet, aiming to develop further in the Pays Basque.

The 2025 strategy of Réseau Entreprendre (Enterprise Network)
The Réseau Entreprendre Federation presented its strategic vision for 2025 at its General Assembly last May. Since it was created in 1986, this association devoted to the support of entrepreneurs with potential to create jobs has supported 13,000 companies with 130,000 jobs created. With 130 members in 10 countries and 67 associations, Réseau Entreprendre can call on 14,500 business leaders of whom 9500 are volunteers supporting the project leaders who were successful in the call for projects.
By 2025, Réseau Entreprendre hopes to support 2000 additional award winners, 100 associations, and become established in five further countries. According to Olivier de la Chevasnerie, President of Réseau Entreprendre, this 2025 strategy will be based on the three original values of the association, ‘the person, being free of charge, and reciprocity’ to which two new values will be added, ‘goodwill and solidarity’. Réseau Entreprendre is also responding to the new social, environmental and ethical issues arising from the Covid-19 crisis.
