BDEA Adour finances consultancy missions

In the area of Pyrénées-Atlantiques and the Hautes-Pyrénées, the Bureau de développement économique et attractivité Adour (BDEA Adour) is offering to help finance strategic and individualised support for very small businesses, SMEs and SMIs. Applications may be made up to 31 December 2020.

This aid mechanism is primarily intended for very small businesses, SMEs and SMIs in the industrial, artisan, agricultural, production or production services sectors. Case by case, this BDEA Adour mechanism may also support any business with an impact on the employment and economy of the area (or which responds to a local issue).

With this help, the Bureau de développement économique et attractivité Adour hopes to contribute to strategic and individualised support for business leaders. This consultancy role will be provided by a specialist office and priority will be given to a cluster of the Professional Consultancy Chamber.

For very small businesses (under 11 employees), the 75% aid may be up to € 6000 for a minimum of 5 days of consultancy. For SMEs (11 to 100 employees), the 66% aid may be up to € 10000 for a consultancy service of a minimum of 10 days.

Eight skill areas are available in these consultancy missions:

• Diversification of products and/or markets.
• Supply chain, logistics, organisation.
• Innovation.
• Health and safety.
• Digital and/or energy transition.
• External growth.
• International development and export.
• Evolution of business practices incorporating sustainable development (for example, CSR).

The BDEA Adour association is a historic custodian of funds resulting from exploitation of the Lacq gas field, and aims to promote the regional development and attractiveness of the Adour Basin. Its range of operation covers the departments of Pyrénées-Atlantiques (64) and Hautes-Pyrénées (65) which together form the Adour Basin, including Bigorre, Béarn and the Pays Basque.
