Time for the second Start-up Bootcamp from 20 to 22 September
The second Start-up Bootcamp is aimed at promoting new start-ups supported by the Communauté Pays Basque in its business incubators and accelerators.
From 20 to 22 September, on three key sites of the Technopole Pays Basque, some fifteen young businesses will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, to improve their skills in the major areas of entrepreneurship, and to benefit from the experience of experts, as well as from other project leaders.
Tuesday 20 September will see several highlights at the Créaluz incubator in Saint-Jean-de-Luz: the entrepreneur’s story told first-hand by this year’s sponsor, Karim Sinno of Lynxter, a presentation of the Technopole Pays Basque ecosystem, project pitches and heckling, a visit to the prototyping workshop, and more.
Wednesday 21 September at Technocité Bayonne: workshop entitled ‘Innovating by thinking design’, followed by another on entrepreneurship, and a practical workshop on ‘The everyday life of an entrepreneur: challenges and reality’.
Thursday 22 September at Arkinova Anglet: workshop entitled ‘Defining strategy and constructing your business model’, individual coaching and first-hand experience from entrepreneurs from Fleeti, Adaxis, Expateo, Wyve, etc.
The Start-up booster Programme is launched!
On 15 September, the first webinar entitled ‘How to optimise a website’ opened the series of training sessions offered under the Start-up booster Programme over six months.
In order to extend the experience and maintain the momentum created, these themed modules are offered to the businesses supported by the Technopole Pays Basque. The organisation by themed modules is new and includes one entitled ‘Impact’ to raise the awareness of start-ups of the impact they make, to help them reconcile economic performance and consideration of environmental, societal and social issues.
Three subjects will be tackled under this umbrella: ‘The impact ecosystem in France: trends, issues, players’; ‘Responsible communication: what does that mean? How can we evaluate its impact?’ ‘Eco-design and eco-innovation’.
